GLASGOW

In February this year, OHP took a trip to Glasgow to visit Dippy the Dinosaur at the Kelingrove Art Gallery and Museum, on his UK tour. Before Dippy went on tour, his home was the Natural History Museum in London. He was replaced by the Blue Whale skeleton, after 112 years of being on display. Now he is making his way around the UK before he takes a well deserved rest.
The architecture, poor weather (which added moodiness and character to the architecture) provided an invaluable source of inspiration and subjects to experiment with street photography. Street photography is something that I have wanted to try out and experiment with and what better time then when away on a city break. It’s safe to say that I will be returning to Glasgow and Scotland at some point to continue and build on my photography skills.
